Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience leading the development and execution of multi-channel lifecycle marketing initiatives, with a focus on customer engagement in a B2C SaaS environment
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with Customer Engagement platforms such as Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to use data to drive decisions, with experience in tools like Tableau, Google Analytics, Looker, or similar
  • Communication Skills: Skilled in translating technical details into compelling narratives and simplifying complex messages

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement lifecycle marketing strategies aimed at increasing customer lifetime value by improving activation rates, boosting engagement, and reducing churn
  • Develop, execute, and maintain marketing campaigns across owned channels (email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging), ensuring they are measured against performance-driven metrics
  • Identify and segment customer groups to deliver targeted, personalized marketing initiatives
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Analytics, Creative, and Technical teams, to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns
  • Analyze customer data to inform campaign strategies, optimize performance through A/B testing, and continuously improve campaign effectiveness
  • Assist with content calendar planning and contribute innovative ideas to drive engagement
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of lifecycle marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous optimization
