Summary

Join Huckleberry as their Lifecycle Marketing Campaign Coordinator and bring marketing strategies to life by building, proofing, launching, and monitoring lifecycle marketing campaigns and automations. Collaborate with the Sr. Manager, Lifecycle Marketing and team, Content, Creative, and external partners to execute campaign configurations supporting the customer journey. This is a fully remote, 40-hours-per-week, 12-month contract opportunity.

Requirements

  • Previous professional experience in a digital marketing team
  • An appetite to learn all aspects of the marketing workflow and the lifecycle marketing vertical
  • The ability to learn quickly and find efficiencies in your executional process
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort/interest working in tools to build and QA campaigns
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Collaborative attitude and strong communication skills across cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution: Build and launch various campaigns across owned marketing channels (email, push notifications, in-app messaging, etc.) based on strategy briefs
  • Project Management: Align to overall campaign execution timelines, coordinate creative assets, conduct thorough proofing, and coordinate across LCM team to ensure campaigns launch on time and to requirements
  • Proofing & Testing: Own end-to-end proofing of messages, links, segmentation, logic, and rendering across devices and email clients
  • Segmentation & Targeting: Implement targeting logic using CRM system to deliver messages to the right target audiences
  • Performance Monitoring: Track campaign sends and primary metrics, sharing performance reports with key stakeholders, and flagging issues and coordinating fixes when needed
  • Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of campaigns, templates, testing protocols, and best practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast-paced startup or digital consumer brand
  • Understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle strategy fundamentals
  • Familiarity with Figma, Asana, JIRA, and/or project management tools
  • Exposure to analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Amplitude)
  • Basic HTML/CSS experience for email editing is a plus
