Listing Coordination

Summary

Join our team as a Listing Coordinator and work 100% remotely! This role focuses on gathering and inputting listing information into Brivity and the MLS. You will be responsible for coordinating contractors, scheduling appointments, and ensuring listings are compliant. Additional duties include managing marketing materials, promoting open houses, and coordinating buyer showings. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $5 (negotiable). This opportunity is exclusively available to Latin American residents.

Responsibilities

• Gather all listing information including property photos, pre-listing materials, comparative market analysis (CMA) with online property profiles, and listing documents
• Input information into Brivity
• Assist with entering new listings into the MLS and manage listing packages
• Review listings to ensure they are compliant and complete
• Schedule appointments for photos, update and distribute marketing, schedule open houses, etc
• Coordinate all contractors and ensure everyone is on schedule
• Update and release “coming soon” marketing to be launched with a virtual open house
• Create listing in Dotloop, upload into MLS, order photos, schedule showings, signs, etc
• Verify with seller that information for access to house is correct
• Make listing live
• Promote open house videos online, by email, etc., and post on website
• Coordinate all buyers’ showings and public open houses and get feedback regarding the showing to help team members facilitate more sales
• Other duties as needed according to listing process
