Summary

Join a global organization as an LMS Administrator and support an EMEA-wide team with various LMS administration tasks. This fully remote, 6-month contract role involves managing and maintaining the LMS platform, creating and managing user accounts, uploading and updating learning content, customizing the interface, troubleshooting technical issues, generating reports, supporting end-users, ensuring data integrity, and staying current with LMS updates. The role requires a self-starter with experience supporting global teams and strong organizational and communication skills. Technical and functional LMS administration experience is essential.

  • Have experience in supporting global teams, be comfortable navigating diverse time zones, cultures, and communication styles
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Be tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, be able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across departments and geographies
  • Be comfortable with both the technical and functional aspects of LMS administration, including user support, system configuration, and reporting

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the LMS platform, ensuring system functionality, uptime, and performance
  • Create and manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and enrollments
  • Upload, organize, and update learning content, courses, modules, and assessments
  • Customize the LMS interface and features to align with organizational needs and branding
  • Test and troubleshoot technical issues, liaising with IT or vendors when needed
  • Generate and analyze reports on learner progress, course completion, and system usage
  • Support end-users, including instructors, learners, and managers, via helpdesk or training
  • Ensure data integrity and security, including compliance with privacy and learning regulations
  • Stay up to date with LMS updates, features, and best practices, implementing improvements as needed
