Summary

Join Bundle, a leader in 1:1 skills development, as their Trainer Operations & Enablement Manager! You will manage a network of trainers, ensuring high-quality delivery of our people-skills training sessions. Responsibilities include overseeing trainer onboarding, scheduling, performance, and development. You'll build systems to support scalable delivery while maintaining Bundle's commitment to quality and personalization. This role requires collaboration across teams to align trainer operations with organizational goals. You will leverage data to assess trainer effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Learning & Development, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in L&D, facilitation/training management, or program operations with a focus on training delivery
  • Deep understanding of adult learning principles, facilitation methods, and learner-centered instruction
  • Proven success managing facilitators or contract trainer networks in a virtual setting
  • Experience using data to monitor program performance and drive improvements
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working cross-functionally
  • Proficiency in virtual training platforms (e.g., Zoom) and LMS or scheduling tools

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support a network of trainers, fostering a culture of excellence and learner impact
  • Oversee trainer onboarding and ensure all trainers are equipped with facilitation best practices and aligned to Bundle’s delivery standards
  • Use learner and trainer feedback to identify coaching opportunities and inform targeted development efforts
  • Support the design and implementation of scalable upskilling initiatives to enhance trainer effectiveness, engagement, and retention
  • Build community and connection across the trainer network through regular communication, mentorship touchpoints, and engagement strategies
  • Develop and maintain systems to manage trainer availability, scheduling, and delivery logistics
  • Partner cross-functionally to forecast trainer capacity and align delivery resources with learner and client demand
  • Monitor trainer performance and session coverage to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery at scale
  • Collaborate with Product teams to improve trainer-facing platform tools and systems
  • Manage trainer communication channels, ensuring clear, timely updates and support
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align trainer operations with organizational goals and growth strategies
  • Contribute to strategic conversations about scaling Bundle’s training delivery model while maintaining quality and personalization
  • Champion Bundle’s mission of delivering real-world relevant, learner-centered training across all aspects of trainer operations
  • Explore and implement new approaches to increase trainer engagement, retention, and effectiveness
  • Leverage data to assess trainer effectiveness and session impact
  • Track key performance indicators related to delivery quality, learning impact, and trainer engagement
  • Partner with Learning Experience team colleagues to ensure delivery is aligned with curriculum design, session outcomes, and facilitation strategies
  • Recommend and pilot improvements to delivery models, tools, and enablement strategies based on emerging trends and evidence-based practices
  • Stay current with industry developments in adult learning, virtual facilitation, and trainer enablement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree or certifications in L&D, Human Resources, or a related field (e.g., ATD CPLP, SHRM-SCP)
  • Familiarity with assessment-based training programs and evaluation frameworks such as LTEM or Kirkpatrick
  • Experience using survey tools or data dashboards to track trainer and learner performance
