Requirements
- 3 years + experience in an administrative role, ideally within the loan processing or financial services industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with clients and internal teams
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Input data into up to 50 different banking portals to ensure accuracy and timeliness of loan applications
- Handle invoicing tasks related to business and finance settlements, private sale invoices, invoice requests, and other related activities
- Download and organize documents from CRM systems for internal filing, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping
- Schedule and coordinate calendar invites, manage appointments, and assist with scheduling related to loan processing and client meetings
- Regularly send email communications to clients, including promotional materials, updates, and general correspondence
- Use Google search to gather necessary information for loan processing, and leverage Chat GPT for high-level support tasks and research
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the banking, loan processing, or finance sector is preferred but not required
- Experience with Google search and basic knowledge of utilizing AI tools such as Chat GPT is a plus
