Summary

The job is a remote Loan Specialist - Sales position for candidates outside of the Denver metro surrounding area. The role involves providing auto finance and refinance solutions, managing loans, and engaging with customers. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computation skills
• High level of organization
• Detail-oriented with the ability to organize, prioritize, and work independently
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Teams, with intermediate Excel ability. Ability to navigate multiple systems and platforms. Experience with CRMs preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct-to-consumer auto finance and refinance solutions
• Deliver superior customer service, respond to inquiries that are already approved for the refinance, and offer additional finance and coverage options to enhance the customer experience
• Structure loans and pitch optional coverages to borrowers
• Manage the loan through the different steps to ensure funding
• Prepare loans for the contracting process, call borrowers to review electronic documents and title documents, and ensure all documents are signed and tracked
• Handle various statuses of the loan, ensuring all steps are followed and errors are fixed promptly
