Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience
  • Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads
  • Proficiency in optimizing lead volume and quality
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to provide actionable insights
  • Experience in strategic consulting for PPC and social media
  • Proven experience in keywords and market research
  • Exceptional French and English language copywriting skills with a focus on landing page and ad copies
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients
  • Fluency in both English and French
  • Ability to meet with end client as needed
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-motivated with a passion for driving results

Responsibilities

  • Optimize and implement paid search campaigns on Google
  • Manage lead volume and quality
  • Provide monthly optimization insights
  • Offer strategic consulting
  • Execute content copywriting for paid search, including quarterly content refresh, collaborative concept development with Wordbank and Client input, and feedback and revisions after client review
  • Optimize content for implementation on paid LinkedIn
  • Provide content recommendations
  • Offer strategic consulting
  • Execute content copywriting for paid social, including quarterly content refresh, collaborative concept development with Wordbank and Client input, and feedback and revisions after client review
  • Local market research: provide local insights on the target vertical
  • Local platform research: review and recommend marketing channels/placements/creators
  • Local strategy recommendations: aside from standard digital media, review and recommend tactics that are locally successful (mailers? Out of home? etc)
