This fully remote UK-based role offers flexibility and the chance to significantly impact a fast-growing tech company. You will plan, manage, and optimize digital paid media campaigns and omni-channel automated nurture programs across EMEA and APAC, supporting organic social efforts and other digital marketing initiatives. Collaborating with campaign strategists, you will align paid media with broader marketing goals, driving demand generation and revenue growth. Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Demand Center, you will contribute to scaling a data-driven, digital-first marketing engine internationally. The role involves leading paid media campaigns, optimizing budgets, making data-driven decisions, collaborating with internal teams, staying ahead of industry trends, and managing external agencies when needed.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing B2B SaaS digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
- A proven track record of delivering data-driven results and maximizing ROI
- Expertise in paid media campaign execution, including keyword research, audience targeting, and budget optimization
- Strong proficiency with SFDC tracking and campaign management
- Excellent communication skills and a self-starter mindsetโyouโre proactive, adaptable, and always ready to innovate
- Knowledge of global advertising regulations and brand standards
Responsibilities
- Lead Paid Media Campaigns: Own and optimize digital paid media campaigns across platforms like Google, LinkedIn, Microsoft, Meta, Reddit, and 6sense to drive high-quality leads and maximize ROI
- Budget Optimization: Oversee and manage budget allocations to ensure the most effective use of resources, delivering measurable results
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use your analytical skills to perform A/B testing, refine audience targeting, and make strategic decisions based on campaign performance data
- Collaborative Innovation: Partner with internal teams to create compelling ad content, and contribute to broader digital initiatives including organic social media efforts
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and AI-driven techniques, bringing fresh ideas to the table to continuously improve our strategies
- Agency Management: When necessary, manage external agency relationships to ensure campaigns meet our high standards
Preferred Qualifications
ABM experience, SEO expertise, or experience targeting international markets and the DevOps persona
