Requirements

• Local SEO Expertise: 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Local SEO, with a proven ability to drive measurable results
• Google Business Profile Optimization: Proficient in optimizing Google Business Profiles for maximum visibility and engagement
• Citation Building: Experience managing and improving local citation consistency across directories
• Keyword Research Skills: Strong knowledge of local keyword research to identify high-value opportunities
• Schema Markup Implementation: Familiarity with implementing schema markup to enhance local search visibility
• Competitor Analysis: Ability to conduct detailed local competition analysis to identify gaps and opportunities
• On-Page Optimization: Expertise in optimizing on-page elements specifically for local SEO success
• Backlink Knowledge: Understanding of backlink strategies and how they impact local rankings
• Track Record of Success: Demonstrated ability to improve local search rankings across multiple campaigns
• Algorithm Understanding: Strong knowledge of local search algorithms, updates, and best practices
• SEO Tools Proficiency: Experience using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, AHREFs, SEMRush, and Screaming Frog

Responsibilities

• Guide new partners through onboarding, ensuring smooth integration into our systems and software
• Conduct in-depth keyword research to uncover opportunities for boosting organic search visibility
• Optimize on-page elements such as meta tags, headers, and content to improve search engine rankings
• Perform Google Business Profile (Maps) optimizations to enhance local search performance
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure all materials align with SEO best practices
• Conducted technical SEO audits and recommended actionable solutions to improve site health and performance
• Track, analyze, and report on website traffic, rankings, and other key SEO metrics to measure success
• Stay informed about the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry advancements
• Support link-building efforts to enhance domain authority and referral traffic
• Write and refine SEO-optimized content to improve user engagement and search rankings
