Join Olsam, a company specializing in acquiring and scaling brands, as a Logistics Coordinator. You will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless supply chain operations, focusing on Amazon FBA logistics, vendor replenishment, freight coordination, and warehouse operations. This role requires managing inventory, collaborating with internal and external teams, analyzing data, and ensuring timely and cost-effective inventory flow. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational and problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of Amazon's logistics ecosystem. This is a full-time, mostly remote position with occasional visits to the London office and warehouses. Requirements

  • 1+ year of logistics experience, with focus on Amazon FBA, freight, and warehouse operations
  • Proficient in Amazon Seller and Vendor Central platforms
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with reporting and data analysis tools

Responsibilities

  • Manage Amazon FBA and vendor inventory replenishment, including order placement and ensuring timely deliveries
  • Coordinate freight shipments, negotiate carrier rates, and track deliveries to ensure cost-effective, on-time arrivals
  • Oversee warehouse operations—receiving, storing, and shipping—to improve efficiency and inventory accuracy
  • Collaborate with purchasing, sales, and customer service to align logistics with business needs
  • Use Amazon Seller and Vendor Central to monitor inventory, resolve discrepancies, and manage logistics issues
  • Analyze logistics data to track KPIs, drive improvements, and reduce costs
  • Stay informed on Amazon policies and industry trends to support continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with WMS and inventory control preferred
  • Supply chain/logistics certification is a plus
