Logistics Lead

Join Manufactured, a Series A startup experiencing rapid growth, as their Logistics Lead. In this remote role with occasional travel, you will orchestrate the seamless movement of goods internationally and domestically. You will partner with technical teams to develop new logistics software and dashboards, manage inventory, oversee distribution centers, and accurately price logistics solutions. The ideal candidate possesses at least 7 years of logistics experience, expertise in various transportation modes, and a proven ability to integrate technology into logistics workflows. Requirements

• Have a minimum of 7 years experience in logistics
• Have proven experience in all transportation modes in both domestic and international logistics
• Be technically adept. Have prior experience integrating technology solutions into logistics workflows
• Have proven experience creating and blending both technical and manual logistics processes
• Be adaptable and be as comfortable in a boardroom as you are in a warehouse
• Excel in fast-paced and entrepreneurial environments

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate the movement of goods within the Manufactured ecosystem. Ensure that products move efficiently from factories through to their final destination; this will often involve international and domestic operations
• Work across multiple time zones and cross-functionally to ensure freight is moving efficiently
• Use both manual processes and technology to build repeatable systems that merge international logistics with domestic and local operations
• Manage and monitor inventory using our API and new systems
• Oversee local distribution centers including warehousing, pick and pack operations, and local fulfillment
• Partner with our technical team to build a customer facing logistics dashboard and command center to monitor inventory and create new logistics movements
• Accurately price logistics solutions and deliverables for our customers
• Eventually, hire and lead a team of logistics specialists

Preferred Qualifications

• Have prior experience building products with Product and Engineering teams
• Have 1-2 years experience managing 3PL's domestically and internationally

Benefits

• Salary: $75,000 - $120,000 + equity + benefits
