• Prior recruitment experience (including internships), with mastery of hunting and sourcing techniques
• Dynamism and excellent communication skills; you are comfortable interacting with diverse stakeholders
• Sense of priorities and organization; you know how to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while respecting deadlines

Responsibilities

• Collect information regarding positions to be recruited for the mission
• Post job ads on various recruitment channels
• Source candidates through various relevant channels (CV library, etc.)
• Conduct interviews to pre-select the best candidates according to the criteria provided by the agency
• Complete the agency liaison form with pre-selected applications
• Monitor applications sent to agencies
• Provide support in any other mission related to the recruitment service
• Complete existing reports for the central pool
