Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in logistics and in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to interpret and communicate clearly in English
• Based in Porto Metropolitan Area or close by
• Experience with order fulfillment and international logistics
• Data-driven decision-making skills
• Computer programs: Proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Capacity and desire to master other Company tools such as Oracle/Net-Suite, Looker, Other WMS tools, etc

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics operations, including transportation, inventory management, and warehouse operations
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics and implement solutions to address issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues that arise
• Maintain relationships with vendors and logistics service providers
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing a high-volume, high-margin, high-customer service distribution environment
• Knowledge of supply chain management
