Logistics Virtual Assistant

Summary

The job is for a Bilingual Logistics Virtual Assistant working remotely in Venezuela, Colombia, Argentina, Ecuador, Peru, or Nicaragua. The role involves logistics tasks such as scheduling shipments, inventory management, coordinating deliveries, and tracking shipments. Requirements

• A college degree
• 1+ year experience in logistics, supply chain, or admin (remote preferred)
• C1/C2 English and Spanish writing and speaking skills
• A quiet home office with a desk and office chair
• Stable internet with at least 10 MBPS download & 2 MBPS upload speed
• A laptop/desktop with 8GB RAM, a 1.6GHz processor, and 50GB of free hard-drive space, a headset, and a smartphone

Responsibilities

• Scheduling shipments & managing documents
• Inventory management & order processing
• Coordinating deliveries & maintaining shipping records
• Assisting with import processes & customs clearance
• Tracking shipments & providing updates
