Summary

Join RTI as a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Events Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and reporting of virtual and in-person events across EMEA and APAC. This role also serves as the local marketing representative for the Spain office, supporting internal communications and cross-functional initiatives. You will coordinate various events, manage event logistics, and handle lead reporting. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in marketing or event coordination, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication skills. Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or a related role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal English language skills, B2 minimum level required
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and cross-functional environment
  • Self-starter with a can-do attitude and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Events, Business, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Coordination of EMEA and APAC corporate events (virtual and physical) including but not limited to tradeshows, conferences, seminars, meetups, user groups and webinars
  • Work with team members to coordinate pre-event, during, and post-event marketing activities and communications
  • Coordinate event activities and deadlines including Marketing calendars, web updates, abstract submission, speaking opportunities and panels
  • Coordinate onsite event logistics, including proper booth staffing, booth logistics and staff registrations
  • Manage EMEA and APAC events, collateral and merchandise shipping logistics
  • Coordinate with vendors to facilitate printing and/or production of collateral, event graphics and merchandise
  • Manage lead reporting process including timely lead uploading and tracking in SalesForce as well as campaign creation, entering leads, completing leads information, and monitoring event registrations
  • Monitor and assist with maintaining the Marketing budget by tracking expenditures for events and webinars
  • Occasional travel to tradeshows and events

Preferred Qualifications

  • Interest and experience in the B2B Technology industry
  • Previous work in remote collaboration
  • Experience with Salesforce, Monday.com, Google Workspace, and other marketing tools is a plus
  • Customer service experience and demonstrating a solution-oriented approach
  • Client/customer-facing experience
