Luxury Travel Consultant

Summary

Join an award-winning travel and leisure company as a Luxury Travel Consultant to fulfill leisure travel requests for high-net-worth members, design complex itineraries, and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and native Arabic is required
• Excellent written & oral communication is a MUST
• Knowledge of other languages skills is a benefit, but not a necessary requirement
• Have completed tertiary qualification or equivalent training, ideally in the field of tourism
• Have several years of professional experience in the travel industry, a tour operator or in a travel agency
• Have GDS knowledge (preferably Amadeus) and excellent destination knowledge
• Have a strong passion for everything related to travel and the luxury lifestyle, including gastronomy, events and culture
• Are service-oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure
• Have a positive attitude and identify with Ten Group values
• Have strong communication skills
• Value exceptional service and live by this motto

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on the phone, chat, and by email in English and Arabic
• Design requests for individual trips (flights, hotels, villas, rental cars, railways, round trips, package deals, cruises, private jets, yachts, transfers, and VIP service) for premium cardholders
• Preparation of tailor-made offers and travel documents, preparation of travel programs, obtaining visas and administrative processing
• Make reservations with airlines, hotels, and destination agencies
• Active cross-selling of lifestyle services for travel enquiries
• Conducting research and putting together proposals
• Maintaining up-to-date records for our members
• Representing TEN, telling the story and promoting our concierge value
• Building rapport with members
