  • Oversee email communications by organizing, responding to, and prioritizing emails to ensure timely and effective correspondence
  • Conduct thorough market research in the luxury travel sector to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive analysis
  • Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information
  • Engage with customers through various channels, providing excellent service and support to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Generate detailed reports based on data analysis and market research to support strategic planning and business decisions
  • Review and proofread documents for accuracy, consistency, and completeness
  • Manage and organize calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate events to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions and preparing invoices
  • Create and manage spreadsheets, ensuring accurate data entry, calculations, and data analysis
  • Provide personal assistance services as needed, including travel arrangements, errands, and other tasks to support daily activities
  • Plan and coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries for both business and personal travel
