M365 Expert

Summary

Join Uni Systems and help turn digital visions into reality! As a Microsoft 365 Expert, you will drive M365 adoption, design and implement solutions, provide hands-on support and troubleshooting, collaborate with team members, and offer expert advice on M365 best practices. You will ensure compliance with IT security standards. This role requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years in business analysis, and in-depth M365 expertise. The ideal candidate will have experience in Information Protection and Governance and knowledge of Azure DevOps. Proficient English is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in professional experience
• 5 or more years of professional experience in a business analysis position
• In-depth knowledge and proven hands-on expertise in M365 (administration, configuration, design, deployment)
• Ability to make recommendations and give advice about best practices
• Previous experience as technology expert M365 in at least one of the following areas
• Information Protection and Governance , including some or all of: Microsoft Purview, Data Loss Prevention, Sensitive Information Types, Microsoft 365 Encryption, Microsoft Sentinel, Message Encryption, Sensitivity Labels, Data Lifecycle and Records Management, Retention, Data Analytics, Audit, etc
• Proficient English knowledge is a must, French knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

• Help to drive the adoption of M365
• Design, plan, develop and implement solutions within M365 portfolio of services
• Provide hands-on support of M365
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Collaborate with team members to analyse information, define and prioritize requirements and evaluate potential solutions
• Provide expert advice and assistance, architectural considerations, applicable standards, best practices in M365
• Ensure compliance with IT Security Standards

Preferred Qualifications

• System engineer expertise with knowledge of on-premise AD, Exchange server and/or hybrid environment is an advantage
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps is an advantage
• Previous experience in an EU institution is also an asset
