Summary

The job is for a Global Seller Onboarding team manager in Square Growth organization. The role involves managing a team, innovating and building a new standard for GSO, helping scale and refine the seller onboarding program, using metrics to measure growth and performance, and building rapport with all team members. The position is remote within the U.S., and the salary range depends on the location.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in an implementation/onboarding role across a metrics-driven Sales, Professional Services and/or Operations organization
  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • Experience working with and influencing global cross-functional teams and departments
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Strong ability to coach your team to higher performance (outputs and customer experience)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a team of Implementation Specialists
  • Innovate and build a new standard for GSO by passionately managing, measuring, and driving improvements in the effectiveness of the team
  • Help scale and refine our seller onboarding program, driving efficiency and automation, while finding additional monetization opportunities across the organization
  • Use metrics to measure the growth and performance of the team to consistently drive improvements in team performance through behavioral coaching
  • Build rapport and constructive relationships with all team members up, down, sideways, inside, and outside of Square

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in high transaction volume SaaS application or financial services Sales preferred
  • Project/Program Management experience; PMP preferred
  • Restaurants or POS experience a huge plus
