Summary
Join us at Pomelo Care to drive marketing strategies for B2B partner growth and retention. As a key member of our team, you will oversee and be accountable for B2B partner marketing, developing and executing marketing strategies that attract and retain B2B partners, including health plans and large employers.
Responsibilities
- Be the expert on our market, buyers and user personas, and our competition to inform B2B product positioning and marketing strategy
- Develop, operationalize, and enable internal teams on product positioning and messaging for new offerings and product features
- Deeply understand our B2B customers and act as the voice of the customer for internal product stakeholders
- Work closely with Partnerships to develop and refine pitches/marketing collateral and serve as a subject matter expert in key internal and external meetings
- Create compelling content in partnership with cross-functional teams for marketing campaigns, sales, and industry events that differentiates Pomelo in the market including case studies, blogs, presentations, and data-driven stories
- Align closely with Product Management to influence product roadmap prioritization by identifying partner and market needs
- Partner cross-functionally with other teams to explore the feasibility of new ideas or research how to enhance and further differentiate existing offerings
- Provide on-the-ground support for sales, customer success, product, and marketing teams at industry events and conferences
