Requirements

• Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), Human-Computer Interaction or closely related quantitative discipline and five (5) years of experience in the product design or related field
• Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), Human-Computer Interaction or closely related quantitative discipline and seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in the product design or related field

Responsibilities

• Lead, build, develop and inspire a team of Product Designers to continually elevate the design direction and product quality
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define the key results and identify the most impactful features to build
• Build a successful, collaborative environment that encourages deep partnership with cross-functional teams and sets a high bar for design craft
• Champion customer-centricity, accessibility and inclusion, and good design choices across functions
• Influence product strategy and enable your team to create elegant designs that solve complex problems
