Responsibilities

• Conduct market or competitor research, maintaining a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and trends
• Understand and analyze user needs
• Discover problems/opportunities in product operations and brings up to the notice of leads and assist in prioritising
• Collaborates with designers, engineers, QA, support and other stakeholders giving a clear understanding of what we are doing and why
• Write clear and detailed product specifications and job stories
• Work with design and engineering teams through feature implementations, tracking timelines and keeping all stakeholders updated on progress
• Define success metrics, and instrument what needs to be tracked. Then measure and analyse product use and adoption, helping identify issues or growth opportunities and iterate
