Summary
Join HashiCorp's Boundary team as a Product Manager and contribute to the success of our multi-cloud secure remote access solution. You will play a key role in shaping product strategy, conducting user research, defining requirements, and overseeing execution with cross-functional teams. This position requires 5+ years of Product Management experience in Enterprise Security, strong user research skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. You will prioritize the product roadmap, author PRDs, and collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will have experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions and a deep understanding of security best practices. Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience within the Enterprise Security realm
- Strong user and market research skills
- Ability to organize multiple stakeholders towards a common goal
- Passion for solving difficult, ambiguous problems β you are comfortable navigating the balance of quantitative and qualitative data needed to inform product decisions
- Strong technical acumen, with a solid understanding of infrastructure, cloud and open source
- Familiarity working within a Software Development Lifecycle
- Proven approach to delivering products with an eye toward end-user experience
Responsibilities
- Prioritize the product roadmap by taking feedback from practitioners, engineering, marketing, and other internal & external stakeholders
- Author detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) to distill user/market research into requirements for engineering to deliver
- Collaborate with engineering, design, PMM, and other internal stakeholders to execute on high customer impact product initiatives
- Coordinate with field teams (SEs, Account Managers, SMEs, etc.) and Marketing to ensure alignment on product strategy, gather feedback, and communicate feature releases
- Help with Sales and Marketing enablement to educate on the product story and features (website copy, whitepapers, sales decks, FAQs, etc)
- Assist field teams with customer conversations, roadmap presentations, demos etc
