Requirements

  • Possess 2-4 years of experience with working knowledge of conventional grocery retailers and the CPG industry
  • Demonstrate deep passion for OLIPOP and a desire to make an impact
  • Show obsession with understanding customer behavior and how to better reach and understand consumers
  • Exhibit enthusiasm and comfort working in an early-stage company, adapting to a growing and changing environment
  • Ability to take initiative and work autonomously, managing projects from start to finish
  • Work well with ambiguity and ask the right questions to find solutions
  • Possess strong planning, organization, and project management skills, along with excellent interpersonal, written/oral communication, and presentation skills
  • Be competent in Google Suite and MS Suite
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for special events/tradeshows
  • Possess a clean driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
  • Have key account headquarter level experience

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the strategic leader overseeing Albertsons West Divisional banners (SoCal, NorCal, Seattle, Portland, Intermountain, Southwest, Haggen)
  • Drive processes and execution of annual plans for OLIPOP
  • Report directly to the Albertsons National Account Manager on a weekly basis
  • Assist the Albertsons National Account Manager in achieving overall account and company goals
  • Partner with Sr. Management and cross-functional team members to build Annual Plans achieving short-term and long-term business objectives
  • Create strategy and priorities for OLIPOP field teams, 3rd party merchandising partners, and broker partners to implement approved sales and marketing strategies optimizing store-level sales
  • Work with multiple distributor partners across customers to ensure sales plans are executed effectively; continually evaluate the route to market and make strategic decisions to move business direct when possible
  • Hold monthly meetings with Demand Planning and Ops teams to ensure accurate forecasts and timely communication meeting production lead times
  • Meet bi-weekly with the trade marketing team to organize marketing activations driving brand awareness and coordinating key programs with Albertsons West Banners
  • Oversee ongoing account updates and performance reporting against key metrics; problem-solve plan gaps and provide recommendations to meet business objectives
  • Create presentations for the leadership team on key account priorities, goals, strategy, and initiatives
  • Travel for in-person retailer category reviews and meetings, broker meetings, trade shows (Expo West, Expo East, regional Divisional shows, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with team collaboration tools such as Slack and Zoom
