Manager of Analytics

Summary

The job is for a Manager of Analytics at Schmidt Market Research, a well-established research company. The position is remote with occasional travel to Pittsburgh, PA. The employee will support account managers and project managers in developing and executing advanced analytics for external clients. Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in data analytics applied for market research
• Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing Analytics or relevant area

Responsibilities

• Design and execute analytical plans related to quantitative market research projects
• Provide consultation on methodology, questionnaire development, sampling plan, data weighting, and analysis techniques
• Apply a broad range of market research analytics methods
• Communicate findings and their implications to key stakeholders
• Maintain current on relevant analytical approaches and applications
• Conduct training in data analytics and develop specific training presentations for other team members and/or clients

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working at a market research supplier and/or corporate research user preferred
