Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in business applications management, with a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience
• Demonstrable track record of successfully implementing and managing business applications
• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, RUP)
• Experience with specific business applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, HCM)
• Solid understanding of business processes and requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Knowledgeable with ITSM / ITIL frameworks and processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of applications

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise-wide business applications
• Work closely with key business leaders and IT teams to ensure that applications align with strategic objectives and support operational efficiency
• Lead and mentor a team of business applications analysts and specialists
• Manage relationships with application vendors and service providers
