Requirements

• 5+ years in IT infrastructure management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of networks, servers, virtualization, cloud computing, and automation tools
• Ability to lead teams in a high-pressure, rapidly changing environment while maintaining a customer-first mindset
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to manage cross-functional teams and ensure seamless operations

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the Infrastructure Operations team, ensuring high performance, productivity, and morale
• Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure systems, including networks, servers, storage, and cloud solutions
• Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of IT infrastructure and services
• Monitor and enforce service level agreements (SLAs) to meet performance expectations
• Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure business resilience
• Troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis of infrastructure incidents, ensuring timely resolution
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency
• Collaborate with project and service delivery teams to prioritize workloads and allocate resources effectively

Preferred Qualifications

ITIL, Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, or other relevant industry certifications
