Operations Manager

This role offers the opportunity to fully own a part of the supply chain, manage vendor and customer communications, and drive team success. You will be responsible for managing escalations, setting team metrics, and conducting one-on-one meetings. Requirements

• A total of 5 years of experience in operations of which 2+ are in a team lead/people manager role
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Able to make decisions without direct supervision
• Ability to negotiate positive outcomes
• Fluency in English and excellent communication skills
• Comfortable in working night shift

Responsibilities

• Fully own a part of our supply chain
• Manage projects and requests from other functions
• Handle headcount planning
• Help the team realize its full potential and make it future-proof
• Manage a team of Ops Associates
• Manage communications with vendors & customers
• Manage escalations from the team and solve logistical issues
• Set and track team metrics
• Make sure all goals are reached
• Conduct one on one meetings with your direct reports and with the AD of Operations
