Summary

Requirements

  • Have 6+ years of experience in a GTM Operations function
  • Proven track record of owning transformational efforts in a hyper scale Tech company
  • Thorough understanding of standard business practices related to GTM Operations processes and systems
  • Positive team player and effective communicator with all levels of management and cross-functional organizations
  • Superior analytical background within strong problem solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Drive productivity and process improvements across the deal lifecycle
  • Develop and implement initiatives to streamline the deal desk function, improve productivity, and simplify processes across Quote to Cash operations
  • Serve as the primary advisor to the Americas sales team on all deal related matters, providing guidance on contract options and value propositions to help close deals
  • Owning the day-to-day quote management and pricing approval process, ensuring compliance with sales and business policies
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on non-standard deal requests, special pricing, operations, approval policies, commercial terms, and troubleshooting of deal issues and sales escalations across our executive leadership team
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to effectively coordinate and lead month and quarter end deal closure
  • Create and deliver sales enablement training on quoting, commercial positioning and negotiation and deal closure

  • Are a self-motivated, critical thinker with prior experience with complex, cross-functional pricing and proposal execution across GTM, Legal, and Finance
  • Collaborative participation with a proven history of working with field sales to drive optimal commercial outcomes within the Technology sector
  • Possess deep understanding of (and empathy for) the role of a sales professional
  • Growth mindset with inherent curiosity and personal drive, ability to navigate ambiguity and operate independently in a fast-based global environment
