Summary

The Manager, Partner Success Improvement will work closely with internal teams to improve the partner experience by supporting Partner Success Advisors and streamlining processes. The role requires at least five years of experience in quality improvement, customer success or clinical quality, a bachelor's degree, and exceptional communication skills.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience within quality improvement, customer success or clinical quality
• Bachelor’s Degree and/or technical degree in the business line field or related field

Responsibilities

• Analyzing current processes
• Designing and implementing changes
• Monitoring and adjusting
• Aiding Partner Success Advisors with current role related tasks such as ticketing and invoice review/reconciliation
• Data analysis
• Stakeholder coordination
• Project management
