Summary

Join Planful as a Manager, Partnerships to oversee the North American market and grow relationships with implementation and referral partners. You will develop and execute strategies to expand Planful's partner practices, identify new partnership opportunities, and create a competitive advantage for Planful's product portfolio. The role requires strong project and people management skills, experience in managing SaaS partner relationships, and a deep understanding of Planful's products and technologies. You will also be responsible for driving communication of customer/partner feedback and defining co-innovation roadmaps with strategic alliances. This position offers the opportunity to grow into a thought leader and contribute to Planful's revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience, with 3+ years specific to managing SaaS partner relationships to create partner-generated pipeline
  • Previous FP&A/EPM vertical experience required
  • Strong project and people management skills
  • Experience bridging technical teams, customer-facing organizations, and alliance partners to create win-win environments

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and act as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of existing Planful partners
  • Accelerate growth by developing and executing strategies that grow our partner's Planful practices by generating partner sourced pipeline and opportunities
  • Identify and qualify new greenfield opportunities that align to Planful’s growth strategies and fit our ideal partner profile
  • Identify and qualify new opportunities in conjunction with our alliance partners’ technical strategies that can be satisfied by Planful’s solutions, products, and services
  • Expand and create a competitive advantage for the Planful product portfolio in the partner’s product portfolio, offering a joint value proposition that is “better together” for our joint customers
  • Exhibit a deep understanding of Planful’s products, platforms and technologies
  • Define, maintain, and deliver co-innovation strategic roadmap with strategic alliances
  • Drive expert-level communication of customer/partner feedback and market experience to product management, engineering organization within Planful
  • Document solution proposals, technical use cases, and reference architectures

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with and managing FP&A/EPM partners preferred
  • Experience in consulting and supporting teams within the office of the CFO preferred
  • Experience managing people and teams preferred
