Requirements

  • Passion and commitment to reimagining pediatric health care and creating a world where every child with complex medical conditions gets the care and support they deserve
  • 5+ years of data/software product management preferably in high growth environments
  • Experience in building data products in healthcare
  • Expertise building and releasing data & analytic products for widespread use, ideally for business intelligence and data science
  • Knowledge of data platform concepts

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver against Imagine Pediatrics data product roadmap using a methodological approach to product lifecycle management for our business intelligence, data science and healthcare economics domains
  • Collaborate across technical teams, clinical and business stakeholders to build robust data & analytic product requirements, describe feature stories, and define success criteria
  • Manage and integrate incoming requests from clinical and operational leadership into the data roadmap
  • Communicate data and analytical solutions to ensure stakeholders clearly understand how the solutions work
  • Synthesize business strategy, clinical operations, data, and technology requirements into data products that stakeholders will depend on, enabling high quality care for patients
  • Tell stories with data and communicate complex concepts to a wide variety of audiences and stakeholder types

Preferred Qualifications

Expertise in using business intelligence reporting tools (like Tableau)
