Responsibilities

• Manage productivity of direct reports throughout automated and manual practices to ensure we meet established standards
• Partner with Engineering Leaders on quality adjacent initiatives
• Work with Product and Engineering Leaders to ensure roadmap success
• Continuously seek process improvements, recommendations and implementation of systems and tooling
• Collaborate with Quality Leadership to assist with the achievement of Quality Department goals and objectives
• Coaching, mentoring, & motivating a high producing QA team as they transition into a Quality Engineering mindset
• Keeping team members accountable for applied practices to produce overall product quality from idea to release
• Strive for continuous improvement of our practices that align with a shift in quality to the left mindset
