Requirements
- 5β7 years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, with a strong track record of optimizing and executing sales ops playbooks in B2B environments
- Strong working knowledge of Zoho CRM (or a similar CRM platform)
- Experience in a high-volume, lower average deal-size commercial setting
- Self-starter with strong project management skills; able to prioritize multiple initiatives and drive outcomes across stakeholders
- Influential communicator with a data-driven approach to decision-making and stakeholder engagement
Responsibilities
- Execute and continuously optimize the existing sales process playbook
- Analyze sales performance data and generate actionable insights to improve conversion and velocity
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs, process health, and team productivity
- Identify and implement automation opportunities and system enhancements across the Zoho CRM and related tools
- Lead training and enablement efforts to ensure adoption of tools, reports, and processes
- Partner with sales, brand, growth, and operations teams to streamline workflows and remove bottlenecks
- Implement controls and validation processes to ensure compliance and data accuracy across systems
