Summary
Join Cricut as a Sales Operations Manager and optimize sales processes, support revenue growth, and improve sales effectiveness. Collaborate with sales leadership, finance, and cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and operational excellence. Develop, analyze, and manage sales forecasts; evaluate and implement tools and systems to enhance sales productivity and reporting; and partner with leadership to set KPIs and monitor sales performance metrics. Lead process improvement initiatives, train sales team members, and collaborate with sales and customers on pipeline, order proposals, and inventory. This role requires a bias for urgency, high standards, focus amidst fast-paced environments, and strong collaboration skills. A cover letter is required for application.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field a plus
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or a similar role
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and BI tools (Domo or Tableau a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Fluent in English and preferably another main European language (French, German, Spanish)
Responsibilities
