Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
• Typically, 5+ years with bachelor's or equivalent
• Attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self Sufficient and well organized
• Sound decision making skills

Responsibilities

• Drives adoption of WFM services across the enterprise
• Establishes strategies, policies, program standards, and critical measurements for the team
• Identifies process improvements and implements structure and procedures to improve WFM services and tools utilized within Pathward
• Understands systems, technology, and communication between business units
• Ensures checks and balances and other controls are in place for reporting and capacity planning
• Analyzes results and trends and communicates results to leadership throughout Pathward
• Analyzes and understands the data and provides solutions based upon the results
• Ensures the department meets regulatory, compliance, internal and external audit
• Assigns and monitor workflow of direct reports
• Oversee and provide feedback on the work performed providing coaching and development opportunities as needed
• Responsible for hiring, coaching, and performance management of direct reports

• Salary range: $69,098.54 – $127,614.10
