Requirements

  • Leadership Experience: Minimum of 18 months of experience leading a sourcing or recruiting team
  • Sourcing Expertise: 5+ years of experience in recruiting, with a strong focus on candidate sourcing and talent pipelining
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of sourcing strategies and best practices, particularly in IT services environments
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, Boolean searches)
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate seamlessly with stakeholders at all levels
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to use data to drive sourcing decisions and improve team performance
  • Collaboration: Strong partnership-building skills to work closely with internal team members and hiring managers
  • Problem Solving: Creative approach to sourcing and overcoming talent shortages for niche roles
  • Adaptability: Able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment with competing priorities

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of talent associates, providing guidance, support, and development to optimize their performance
  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract passive candidates across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and other platforms
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and identify talent gaps
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for various positions, with a focus on high-impact, hard-to-fill roles
  • Manage sourcing tools and technologies, ensuring the team is leveraging the most effective resources
  • Drive continuous improvement in sourcing processes, tools, and team performance through data analysis and metrics
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and high performance across the sourcing team
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on sourcing progress, challenges, and market insights
