Requirements
- Have 3-5 years of experience in a recruiting or HR support role, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrate proven success managing recruitment during periods of rapid scaling
- Possess expertise in optimizing processes and implementing systems to support growth
- Have experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
- Understand all selection methods and techniques
- Be proficient in the use of social media and job boards
- Be willing to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain a positive candidate experience
- Have high attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and virtual meeting tools (Zoom, Teams)
- Have the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Possess problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Have a strong ability to communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders
- Be familiar with trends in hiring, labor markets, and workforce development
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers across multiple departments. This includes phone screens, virtual interviews, and on-site interviews
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring they receive timely updates and information
- Assist in creating and posting job openings on various job boards, company websites, and social media platforms
- Help prepare and send offer letters, new hire paperwork, and onboarding documentation to selected candidates
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with candidate details, statuses, and feedback after interviews
- Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment screening processes
- Assist in organizing and attending career fairs, recruitment events, and other networking opportunities to support talent acquisition efforts
- Assist in the onboarding process by coordinating new hire orientation and ensuring that new employees have all necessary materials and information
- Compile recruitment metrics and reports, such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate pipeline status, for use by leadership
- Assist the talent acquisition team with optimizing recruitment processes and workflows to improve efficiency and candidate experience
- Work closely with internal teams such as HR, hiring managers, and department heads to support recruitment efforts and ensure alignment with business goals
Preferred Qualifications
Have familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software
