Requirements

  • 4+ Years recruiting/talent acquisition experience, preferred in the software and/or construction industry
  • Experience with managing a team in a remote and dynamic environment
  • Established network connections in the software and construction industry
  • Ability to coach, train, and develop team-members
  • Ability to engage candidates and internal team members
  • Attention to detail
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Candidate must be motivated, independent
  • Outstanding interpersonal relationship building
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of and drive growth of the Talent Acquisition Team
  • Have an active role in building a team of top performers
  • Manage the Talent Acquisition Team at Avicado: Training and developing
  • Manage the Talent Acquisition Team at Avicado: Monitoring performance and initiating action to strengthen results
  • Manage the Talent Acquisition Team at Avicado: Motivate team to complete tasks and meet goals
  • Manage the Talent Acquisition Team at Avicado: Provide regular feedback
  • Play an active role in the recruitment and onboarding process of new team members
  • Actively source, engage, and close top-talent
  • Build and maintain an extensive bench of high performers
  • Collaborate with the HR and Marketing team to bring an innovative approach to our talent models
  • Coordinate interviews and candidate debrief meetings
  • Promote software and process adoption: uncover user barriers or resistance
  • Establish and maintain relationships with the key stakeholders
  • Deliver a β€œhigher level of service,” a core value of the Avicado mission

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the Construction industry, Technology industry, and/or Managed Services
  • Experience in applicant tracking systems and reporting
