Summary

Join Finalis' People Team as a recruiter, collaborating with various teams to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle. You will be responsible for posting and updating job descriptions, conducting kick-off calls, ensuring efficient processes through automation, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers and agencies. You will also create reports, review policies, and analyze recruitment software performance. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills, along with experience in recruitment and HR. Requirements

  • Have exceptional/proficient written and spoken English
  • Have a minimum of 4+ years of relevant work experience
  • Have a bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
  • Have Google Workspace experience
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Have strong organizational skills
  • Be able to handle confidential information
  • Be able to work swiftly with a high sense of urgency and be comfortable with shifting priorities and deadlines
  • Be a self-starter, quick learner, and highly organized with attention to detail
  • Have the ability to follow up, know what's going on at all times, and respond quickly
  • Be flexible, patient, persistent, and have a team spirit attitude

Responsibilities

  • Post and update job descriptions to match company values and requirements
  • Understand business needs and tailor job descriptions accordingly
  • Stay updated on job description design trends to increase visibility
  • Perform Kick-Off Calls for new open positions
  • Add and update auto-reject rules to filter candidates
  • Customize Interview Plans to accurately represent the candidate process
  • Automate interview stages (scheduling, assignments, e-signatures)
  • Add and detail Interview Briefings for interviewers
  • Source candidates through various job platforms
  • Conduct interviews and schedule briefing calls to finalize hiring decisions
  • Connect with recruiting agencies to understand hiring needs
  • Work with hiring managers to develop strategic recruitment plans
  • Provide recruitment expertise and guidance to agency managers, finalists, and applicants
  • Provide counsel and support on recruitment and hiring topics
  • Produce reports on hiring plans, strategies, and trends
  • Create and review recruiting policies to ensure fair hiring
  • Analyze recruitment software performance and recommend improvements

Preferred Qualifications

Have experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Sourcer tools
