Lead a high-performing research team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in property and project research while driving innovation and leveraging your expertise in U.S. lien law. Collaborate with internal teams to uphold best-in-class research standards, enhance team performance, and optimize reporting processes. Use your leadership, analytical skills, and industry knowledge to support research operations, train team members, and improve research quality. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Research and Document Delivery and can be based in New Orleans, LA, or remotely. We are seeking an immediate start.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and with customers
• Ability to adapt, problem-solve, and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of researchers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in property and project research
• Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and accuracy benchmarks, driving continuous improvement
• Train and mentor new hires while providing ongoing development opportunities for existing team members
• Conduct performance management as needed to support team success
• Hold regular team check-ins to review metrics, research quality, and engagement
• Attend key meetings related to metrics, new customer onboarding, and research strategy
• Oversee reporting processes for internal and external use, supporting customer communication and decision-making
• Manage team requests efficiently and provide transparent updates to internal stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of people management experience is a plus
• Prior experience in the construction industry or property research is preferred
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Willingness to play both coach and player as needed to support the team
