Requirements

  • Financial or Accounting Experience is required

  • 5+ years of financial leadership experience
  • Attributes of flexibility, creativity, self-discipline, strong organizational skills, and action orientation are essential for this role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player who is willing and able to โ€œroll up the shirt sleevesโ€ to get a project done when needed

Responsibilities

  • Represent BELAY in a positive and professional manner
  • Actively demonstrate and promote BELAYโ€™s guiding principles daily
  • Collaborate with and help teammates while maintaining a positive and professional attitude, fostering teamwork and unity
  • Represent BELAY at all events and networking opportunities with exceptional professionalism and a desire to connect in ways that ultimately benefit both parties
  • Maintain BELAYโ€™s confidentiality all the while being privy to sensitive information
  • Demonstrate integrity in all situations and interactions by answering questions honestly, taking responsibility for actions, and, as appropriate, following through on commitments
  • Manage hiring, training, and performance for location teams in collaboration with HR
  • Ensure efficient service operations through AI and automation
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery
  • Oversee SOP adherence, quality assurance, and process accountability
  • Utilize data analytics for informed decision-making and performance tracking
  • Supervise operations in Dallas and the Carolinas, including the Dallas office
  • Guide the Dallas team in transitioning from on-site to remote work
  • Align monthly budgets to meet financial goals and ensure overall company health
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic planning and financial analysis, maintaining sales contract standards and regulatory compliance
  • Lead goal setting and project management, collaborating with leadership
  • Develop key relationships to enhance BELAYโ€™s brand presence in the market
  • Utilize analytical skills for effective strategy implementation and industry forecasting
  • Conduct coaching sessions for team development, balancing employee care with performance outcomes
  • Enhance client experience through innovative practices and cultivate long-term relationships
