Summary

The job is for an Enterprise Architect in the Manufacturing Industry Segment at HSO International, a leading Microsoft Partner. The role involves working with customers to understand their vision and translate it into a technology strategy, and overseeing the career and personal development of the employee. The ideal candidate should have a Master's degree, 10 years of relevant work experience as a Solution Architect/Functional Consultant, knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM & CE solutions and the Power BI platform, and experience with Azure Modern Data Warehouse and Azure Services.

Requirements

  • A Master's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance and Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • +10 years of relevant work experience as a Solution Architect/Functional Consultant
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM & CE solutions and the Power BI platform
  • Experience with Azure Modern Data Warehouse and Azure Services
  • Excellent command of the English language, spoken and written

Responsibilities

  • Envisioning/Presales: Work with the sales team to determine, understand and translate the customer requirements. Orchestrate the RFI/RFP responses for the opportunities and lead the solution envisioning and help the sales close the sales opportunity so that it sets up the delivery teams for a successful deployment
  • Analysis/Definition: Work with the Solution Architects and Consultants to provide the supporting detail to the vision regarding business required capabilities and how these come together to meet the business vision. Understand the environment in which the company operates and the constraints or opportunities of the legacy landscape. Help develop the capabilities and requirements by bringing in best practices and technical innovation and showing how they can be used
  • Architecture Design & Engagement Planning: Matching up the technology to the requirements, taking the needs and strategies, and picking the right technologies and approaches to deliver them effectively into the business. This will be documented as you work with the Solution Architects and Consultants to produce the Architecture design, roadmap, and definition documents that project services can plan and estimate against
  • Governance & Architectural Change Management: With the program in full flight, ongoing work will be to ensure it sticks to the principles and delivers the values identified in the earlier stages. As part of the Design Authority, you help provide the escalation point for projects and the control point for the business to redirect program elements in response to business change
