Requirements

• Deep knowledge and experience in the research industry. Specifically competitor research, at least 2-3 years
• Excellent knowledge of online gaming
• Great communication and presentation skills
• Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (Interviews, Focus groups, surveys etc)
• Good analytical skills with the ability to apply critical thinking
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Slides
• Ability to derive analysis from raw Excel data files and report on findings through PowerPoint, Word, Google Slides, and Google Docs
• Experience with remote working or remote work management

Responsibilities

• Understand and document key market trends across different verticals
• Deep dive analysis into key players in the industry
• Work closely with other customer research team members and cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate research topics
• Collation and distillation of available information into reports, comparisons and insight for internal stakeholders
• Manage external agencies and contractors who produce research
