Market Development Executive

Summary

Join Innovaccer's Market Development team as a key player in maximizing the efficacy of our highest revenue-generating channel – Conferences & Events. This role directly impacts revenue and growth by representing Innovaccer at conferences and events globally. You will meet key decision-makers, nurture leads, and utilize SFDC for tracking interactions. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, highly motivated, and enjoys customer interaction. This position offers opportunities for growth into sales leadership and requires significant travel. Requirements

• At least 2-4 years of experience, preferably in/as Field Marketing/SDR/BDR
• Excellent Communication Skills and Work Ethic
• Understanding of the Sales cycle and a desire to be part of transforming the Healthcare industry
• Open mind to upskill yourself and learn new solutions
• Ability to travel 40 to 50 % of the time across time zones

Responsibilities

• Represent Innovaccer at a tradeshow/conference/Event and meet key decision-makers and influencers of the Healthcare industry globally
• Build revenue pipeline by nurturing those leads via sales cadences and follow-up programs
• Using SFDC as your source of truth for capturing past interactions and planning your outreaches
• Work in a fast-pace environment, take the initiative to get stuff done, try new things and amplify your successes by sharing your findings with your team
• Executing on your quarterly plan of conferences and events by coordinating with the growth marketing and logistics team
