Market Development Representative

Summary

May Mobility is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Market Development Representative to support marketing initiatives and help build out demand generation efforts. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of marketing experience, be comfortable using MarTech tools, have strong communication skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing or related roles
• Proficient with Google Suite
• Proficient with HubSpot

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of demand generation campaigns across various digital channels
• Analyze market research to identify relevant information, topics and trends relative to our target audiences and Ideal Customer Profile
• Collaborate with the marketing and BD teams to create and assess compelling content that drives engagement and mid-to-late stage nurture and conversion campaigns
• Manage and maintain HubSpot marketing database
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
• Support the planning and execution of marketing events, including webinars, trade shows, and conferences
• Coordinate with stakeholders (BD, RevOps, Customer Success) for pipeline reviews
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of marketing materials and collateral, and coordinate with our agency partners where needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiar with Marketing Automation tools such as Asana and Canva
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficient with iMovie or other video editing software
