Requirements

• Degree holder from a leading institution related to Market Research, Statistics, Mathematics, or other quantitative fields
• At least 3-4 years of proven working experience in Quantitative market research
• Strong experience on various projects (i.e. new product/concept launch, new market positioning/strategy, advertising tests, B2B, customer satisfaction, A&U, segmentation & profiling, trackers, etc.)
• Proven expertise in the development, management and review of market research, data analysis, insights identification or other related research-driven practice
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines requiring strong prioritization
• Resourceful, creative, and passionate about your work. Genuine care for delivering high-quality output
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Creative problem-solving and analytical skills in your work
• Excellent data mining skills through available data sets, and excellent skills in interpreting information and creatively presenting the story that unfolds in the discovered data patterns
• Strong orientation towards teamwork, collaboration, and support of colleagues, always maintaining a positive approach towards challenging situations. Love sharing knowledge with peers
• Polite, creative, punctual, and thorough with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in client debriefing sessions
• Design questionnaires
• Analyze datasets & research data
• Communicate research findings effectively to key stakeholders through presentations, reports, and workshops
• Consult clients on how to use research findings best

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure in multinational environment and knowledge of the life sciences industry
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
• Knowledge of SPSS or similar statistical tools
• Previous working experience in a corporate environment is desirable. Related professional certifications are welcome
