Summary

Join Resource Innovations as a Marketing Account Lead to manage and execute marketing plans for commercial and industrial energy efficiency programs. You will lead project tasks, engage utility customers, and collaborate with various teams. This role requires strong client management, attention to detail, and project management experience. You will also coordinate events and compile data for reports. The ideal candidate has 5-6 years of marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting. Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree (BBA, BA, or BS) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field/equivalent experience
  • Have a minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, project management, and client management
  • Demonstrate basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook/Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive)
  • Be able to quickly learn and utilize new tools and technologies, including project management and email marketing platforms
  • Have experience leading client meetings and providing status reports
  • Possess strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Have effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Be able to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Be located in or willing to relocate to the greater Chicagoland area within 30 days of acceptance

Responsibilities

  • Produce marketing materials by working with marketing, engineering, and program teams to coordinate production and monitor deliverables
  • Manage project tasks by tracking milestones, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion of marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate events by providing logistical and remote & on-site support for webinars, presentations, and video shoots
  • Assist with data and reporting by compiling and organizing data, preparing reports, and creating data visualizations
  • Collaborate with teams by working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders on cross-functional projects
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have agency experience
  • Have experience with Wrike and Campaign Monitor or similar systems
  • Show interest in sustainability and a passion for making a meaningful impact on the environment
