You will be instrumental in driving growth by developing and executing go-to-market strategies, refining product positioning, and crafting compelling messaging. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing or GTM Strategy in a B2B SaaS or fintech/crypto environment
- Must have had experience catering to the US market
- Tangible experience in driving revenue through GTM initiatives
- Strong analytical mindset—comfortable using data to model and measure marketing effectiveness and optimise campaigns
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach—you love rolling up your sleeves to get things done
- Excellent communication skills—storytelling, messaging, and presentation skills are second nature to you
- Self-starter, highly collaborative, and results-driven—you thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Responsibilities
- Build & execute product GTM strategy – Develop and implement structured, repeatable go-to-market strategies that align with business goals, aimed at delivering growth
- Own product positioning & messaging – Craft compelling, value-based product messaging that resonates with our ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and use cases and amplifies our vision in the market
- Lead product launches – Plan and execute impactful product launches, ensuring a seamless market entry that maximises revenue potential
- Be the product advocate - Act as the primary advocate for the product in external-facing engagements, establishing credibility and trust in our products within the crypto accounting space
- Market & competitive analysis – In partnership with the product designer, conduct in-depth research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape, ensuring our ongoing feedback and optimisation of the product and positioning
- Enable sales & GTM teams – Develop a scalable sales enablement strategy, ensuring the sales team has the tools, resources, and training needed to position the product effectively
- Cross-functional collaboration – Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on GTM initiatives, product updates, and messaging
- Measure & optimise – Define KPIs for product marketing success, analyse performance data, and iterate campaigns for continuous improvement
- Mentor junior product marketers - Providing guidance on best practices for positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy, leveling up overall product marketing competence
Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of Crypto, blockchain and the wider decentralized ecosystem a plus
